How do i know who to pick cut my hair?

A full description of each of our staff is located on our “Barbers” page. This should help you decide who is the best fit for your appointment.

Do you do women’s haircuts?

Of course! Though, please know that we, as a barbershop, specialize in short hairstyles and do not do long hair styling or cuts.

Do the ladies in the shop know how to groom men’s facial hair?

Definitely. All our ladies have years of experience and are all trained as full barbers. Doesn’t matter your age, sex, gender, or orientation; we’ll take care of you.

Do you have parking?

There’s lots of free parking at the Old Rainier Brewery.

Do you have any animals in the shop?

We do! The Chef and Velvet are our shop dogs, but they are rarely in the shop these days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us ahead of time and we will do our best to make accommodations.

Can you cut ethnic/Asian/curly and special types of hair?

Yes! of course, our shop is filled with a very talented staff, however, they might vary depending on experience level. Please read our bios page before you book.

I don’t speak hair, can you help me pick a style/haircut?

Absolutely, but just in case of miscommunication, please show us some reference photos so we can guarantee our haircuts. If you are not 100% satisfied please let us know and we will be happy to amend it. Leaving poor reviews is childish and doesm’t help us learn from our shortcomings, it just hurts small businesses who are trying to grow. Maybe you should grow a pair and speak up, we will always make it right:)

WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT ON TIME TO MY APPOINTMENT, IF AT ALL?

Please call the shop to let us know if you will be late or canceling altogether. Please be advised that we WILL not be able to accommodate you and will ask you to reschedule and pay a late fee if you arrive 15 minutes or later. We have clients back to back so please be respectful of our time. The same goes for canceling. You have a 24-hour window to cancel, if it’s later than that you will be subject to a fee. This rule applies to most service industry people, we’re not an exception.
